  • 4 to 5 pounds of prime rib roast
  • 1 tablespoon of kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • For the Beef Gravy:
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of beef broth
  • 1 cup of drippings from the cooked prime rib
