  • Cornstarch – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper – 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • Green chilies – 2, sliced
  • Spring onions – 2 stalks, chopped
  • Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • Vinegar – 1 tablespoon
  • Agave syrup – 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh coriander – for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Gently press the tofu to remove excess water. Mix cornstarch, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Coat each tofu piece with the cornstarch mixture.
