Salmon Croquettes

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of salmon

Instructions:

  1. Drain the can of salmon and remove any bones or skin. Place the salmon in a bowl and flake it with a fork.
  2. Add the breadcrumbs, onions, bell peppers, celery, egg, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to the bowl.
  3. Mix everything together until well combined. The mixture should hold together when pressed, but not be too wet. If needed, add more breadcrumbs.
  4. Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  5. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  6. Carefully place the salmon patties into the hot oil and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove the salmon croquettes from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
