Taco Bake Recipe With Doritos Doritos Taco

Today I have a delicious recipe to share with you: the Taco Bake! It’s a mouthwatering dish that combines the flavors of a taco with the comforting goodness of a baked casserole. Trust me, once you try this recipe, you’ll be hooked!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed tomato soup
  • 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
  • 1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
  • 2 cups crushed Doritos
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, sliced jalapenos, sour cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning, condensed tomato soup, diced tomatoes and green chiles to the skillet with the ground beef. Stir well to combine.
  4. Cook the mixture over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until heated through.
  5. Spread the refried beans evenly on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  6. Layer half of the crushed Doritos over the beans.
  7. Pour the ground beef mixture over the Doritos, spreading evenly.
  8. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
  9. Add another layer of crushed Doritos and top it off with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  12. Garnish with your favorite toppings, such as diced tomatoes, sliced jalapenos, and sour cream.
